Conductive Copper Paste LT-808
Copper Paste LT-808
Description
LT-808 is a low temperature curable, slow-drying conductive copper paste formulated for screen printing, specially designed for the membrane switches, conductive circuits,FPC, PCB boards and other electronic fields., etc.

Remark:The typical properties for LT808 is based on specific controlled experiments in our labs and are not intended to represent the product specifications, details of which are available upon request.
Paste Preparation
Keep stir it fully:Use a blender for 1-3 minutes before use; If there are no conditions, you can also use an ink mixing knife to manually stir slowly and evenly for about 2-5 minutes.
Otherwise it may cause the difference of both sheet resistance and conductivity of the copper paste during different printing time even in the same pot, and affect the adhesion to the substrate.
Printing
Printing should be carried out in a clean, well-ventilated area. It should be guarantee that the printing room temperature remains 25±2℃ during printing. The paste should be stirred fully before printing.
Drying
It is suggested drying under 60-120℃/60-10mins. If the drying temperature is lower, longer the drying time; if the drying temperature is higher, shorter the drying time accordingly.
Thinner
The paste composition is optimized for screen printing and thinner is not normally required. Use the LEAL recommended thinner for slight adjustments to viscosity or to replace evaporation losses. If thinner added, please stir it fully.
Delivery and Storage
During transportation and storage should protect against the dampness and contamination. Containers may be stored in a clean, dry and stable environment at suggested temperature between 10℃ ~ 25℃ , with their lids tightly sealed. The shelf life of the paste is 6 months. The used material should be collected and sealed up alone. Don’t mix with other untapped material.
