Description:
This product is a liquid fluorescent whitening agent used in paper making.
Characteristics:
1.This product is easy to use, can be arbitrary proportion miscible with water,is suitable for continuous addition.
2.It has good acid-resistance, under low PH value also has excellent whitening effect.
3. It is very stable above 0°C.If temperature is below -3°C,it will freeze, if move to room temperature place or heating can melt,and to use effectively without any adverse
effects.
4.This product uses advanced nanofiltration technology to make it contain low salt
content At room temperature, it has good storage stability.
Scope of application:
1. in the process of surface Sizing.
2. in the process of coating.
Application:
1.we can add it into paper pulp directly , the dosage is : 0.05—1.2%(to oven dry stock)
2.In the process of surface sizing, it has better whitening effect used together with
CMC, PVA and starch. The dosage: 0.5—10g/L.
- In the process of coating, it can be added at any position.it has better whitening
effect used together with CMC,PVA and starch.The dosage: 0.1—1.1% (to the coating weight) Stored in closed containers at the temperature between 0-35°C,storage life is 6 months.
Packing:
200kg or 1000kg plastic drum(IBC,or Flexitank) or as your demand.
